Clothed in majesty and splendour rules the King in His glory;
Choirs of angels and radiant light but this is just the beginning of the story.
A new chapter emerges as the King stoops down into the dust of the Earth;
Such a desire to bless and such a vision for life that to mankind the Lord gives birth.
From the heart of the King springs forth this remarkable new idea;
The angels watch curiously as this profound new mystery starts to become clear.
The King fashions a being in His own image and breathes into the lifeless clay;
The spirit of man animates this earthen vessel and his eyes open to the light of day.
